Q: Are the materials eco-friendly?
A: Yes, all of our items are made from responsibly-sourced cotton, and printed with nontoxic water-based vegan inks.
Q: Is the packaging eco-friendly?
A: Yes, our items are shipped in 100% compostable mailers.
Q: How do I care for my products?
A: It is recommended to wash cotton in cold water, either in a washing machine or by hand.Hang dry to extend the life of your clothing or tumble dry low.Low iron can be used if needed, but not directly over the printed area.
It is best to wash canvas bags and totes by hand and hang dry. A cool iron can be used but should be avoided on printed areas.

A: The LIVEKINDLY Shop accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Q: Can I change my order?
A:LIVEKINDLY apparel and accessories can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase for U.S. orders only. Customers will incur any shipping charges related to this process.
All International purchases are final sale.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Expected delivery on all items is up to 14 days. LIVEKINDLY apparel and accessories are produced in limited quantities to prevent excess inventory.
In the event demand exceeds supply additional processing time may be required.

Q: For international orders, will there be duties and taxes?
A: Items shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. We do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that you could incur additional charges.
Customs policies vary widely; you may wish to contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Visit track your order, enter your Order ID and billing email address, then click the “Track” button.
